A home away from home serving California’s best coffee and homemade cakes
At Pete’s Coffee House, we offer up to two dozen varieties of coffee from around the world, roasted fresh by local roasters. Our roasts range from a full city light mahogany roast to a dark Italian roast. Different roasts bring out the distinctive characteristics of each varietal.
We have selected several premium roasters in the Northeast, noted for their quality and socially conscious buying practices. Once roasted, coffee has a limited life span, about 2-4 weeks if properly stored. Pete’s will not sell coffee 10 days after its roast date. We insist on fresh coffee for ourselves and for our customers. We invite you to try all of our coffees at home or in our coffee houses. Each one presents its own world of flavors.
We want Pete’s Coffee to be a place where you can appreciate the best coffees collected from all over the world, where you can have engaging conversations with friends and colleagues, and where you can accomplish your own great works.
The idea that an artfully assembled collection might serve the public good struck a deep chord with us. We treat with curatorial zeal each new coffee that we source from the most accomplished roasters, each pastry that we select from our partner bakeries. We believe that the right sort of institution can serve, in turn, as an inspiration to its customers.

Our Cinnamon Carrot Cake is filled with cream cheese icing and served warm.
CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE – $8
A big, rich slice or chocolate fudge cake drizzled with chocolate sauce and served with vanilla ice cream.
LEMON MERINGUE CHEESECAKE – $7
Lemon Cream Cheesecake Topped with Layers of Lemon Mousse and Meringue.
RASPBERRY DAZZLE – $7
Chocolate cupcake filled with a raspberry cream filling and sweet raspberry buttercream.

French Roast coffee toddy-brewed for 24 hours then mixed with your choice of milk or water or straight up.

Made with one of our freshly brewed coffees and steamed milk.
CHAI LATTE – $7
Tea with honey, cinnamon, and other spices blended with steamed milk.
ESPRESSO GRANITA – $7
Our house espresso, milk, and sugar combined and frozen.
LONDON FOG – $7
Whole leaf Earl Grey tea steeped in steamed milk.
HOT CHOCOLATE – $9
Dark or white Ghirardelli™ chocolate combined with steamed milk and topped with whipped cream.
ORGANIC MOCCA – $7
A tiny shot with a huge punch to start your day.
HAVANA CAPPUCCINO COFFEE – $8
Bold espresso swirled with sweetened condensed milk, topped with creamy steamed milk.
CAPPUCCINO – $7
Full Bodied espresso in steamed milk and layered with foam.
COLD BREW – $9
Freshly ground Baridi Blend steeped with cold water for 12 hours to produce a sweet, smooth, and refreshing iced coffee without acidity or bitterness.
CORTADO – $7
Equal amounts of espresso and milk with a touch of froth.
FREDDO – $6
Espresso tumbled with ice cubes.
